Our Story

Owned and operated by South Shore native Rich Lydon, Glades Landscaping has been in business since 2003.   Rich believes if you give a great service for a a fair price it will usually come back around.

Rich has an extensive hiring process that has worked out well helping him to build a very respectful and professional team. He knows it can be uncomfortable for some people having a crew of guys working on your property, but he says his crews really put customers at ease being so friendly and approachable. Rich knows there is quite a bit of competition in the area that he works in, so he needs to work hard  to retain customers from year to year.  This has become a point of pride for the company.  When asked how he does this?  “we use the best guys, the best equipment, and offer the best quality at a lower price.”

Rich started working outdoors mowing lawns at a young age pushing a mower around the neighborhood in Scituate that he grew up,  and hasnt looked back yet.
